1. Service Description

Weblyzo is a website scanning and monitoring service that checks your website for speed, SEO, security, and accessibility issues. The service scans your website from the outside — like a regular visitor — and provides AI-powered reports and recommendations in plain English. Weblyzo does not install any code on your website and does not collect data from your website visitors.

2. Right to Use

• Using the service requires registration and an approved user account
• The right to use is personal and may not be transferred to a third party
• The user is responsible for the security of their account and login credentials
• The service provider may restrict or revoke access due to a violation of these terms

3. Acceptable Use

You may only scan websites that you own or have explicit permission to scan. You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan websites without the owner's consent
• Attempt to overload or disrupt target websites through the service
• Use scan results for illegal or harmful purposes
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

4. Customer Obligations

• Comply with applicable data protection legislation (especially EU GDPR)
• Ensure you have the right to scan any website added to your account
• Refrain from using the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Report security findings to the service provider without delay

5. Service Provider Obligations

• Maintain service availability through reasonable measures
• Protect collected data with appropriate technical measures
• Notify of significant service changes within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide support for service-related inquiries

6. Data Ownership

You own all scan reports and analysis data generated for your websites. The service provider processes data on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your data for our own purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.

7. Pricing and Billing

• Service prices are determined by the current pricing page
• Billing is monthly or annually as chosen at checkout
• The service provider may change prices with 30 days' advance notice
• All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee
• Unpaid invoices may lead to service restrictions

8. Liability Limitations

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• The service provider is not liable for data loss or service interruptions
• Liability for damages is limited to service fees paid
• Force majeure events release from obligations

9. Contract Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. In case of disputes, the parties shall first seek a negotiated resolution. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms of service. Changes will be communicated by email and through the service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
